Tell me a story, child…

Okay, what would you want to hear, would you like me to read you fairytales, fables, or long novels, uh, that’s, from the ADULTS’ angles, not the child’s???  Hello, hello, hello!!!

Tell me a story, child, what happened at school today…well, that bad boy in my class took the classroom pet, the turtle out of its cage, and, placed it on that girl’s seat, and my classmate, the little girl, sat on the turtle, and squashed it flat!

Tell me a story, child, what story did the teacher read to you at Circle Time today?  The story of the castle in the clouds, there was a castle that was, high up, in the clouds, where the princes, the princesses, as well as the toads, they all live, in harmony, they all played together, getting along dandy…

Tell me a story, child, I can’t, because, I’m ILLITERATE (hello, hadn’t been TAUGHT to read yet!!!), so, why don’t you, tell me a story instead?  Me???  I can’t, I have so many things I need to do around the house, taking out the trash, ‘cuz your father’s away, doing the dishes (and I’m not talkin’ ‘bout loading everything IN that dish washer either!!!), after that, I’d needed to, clean up the bathrooms, take out the trash, walk the dog, etc., etc., etc., I don’t have the time for you now.

Tell me a story, child, it’s such simple things, that would make the world of difference, to a young child, and yet, you stupid parents, don’t even pay enough attention, to those smallest things that matter the most…

let your imaginations run wild!!!

And I’m still NOT a mommy, yeah, that’ll be the day………still unmarried, without ANY children, seeing how, they’re all, DEAD, and I have still yet, to get brand new little boys when I finally get to, go home………
