It seems, as though, there’s just, NOT enough time, for me, to leave you completely behind…

Not enough time to say goodbye, to bid our final farewells to the ones we left behind, there’s, NO preparing beforehand, ‘cuz you don’t know when you’re gonna “go”!

Not enough time, to leave these lies of your love behind me, every time I thought I’d, outrun these memories, they’d, shown up, and surprised me, at the turn, of the corner coming up next.  Not enough time, it’s just, IMPOSSIBLE, to get EVERYTHING I want to accomplish in one lifetime, done.

Not enough time, there’s, not enough time, for you and I, to experience this love of a lifetime, without the shattering of our hearts, and, I don’t know if I’ll, be able to, withstand, another one of my, aching nonstop, broken heart that tore at me inside.

Not enough time, to finish what I’d start, so, guess, I’ll just, leave everything here, for someone else, who’s, meant to find them, and, this, was the last thought that, escaped out of the prisons of the confines of my mind here………
