The man in black claimed, that his friend ?ccidentally?? wired $15,000N.T. and demanded a refund; because Chen was confirmed to have ?eceived the amount, he? lost a cell phone, and $12,000N.T.s in cash. ?Afterwards, Chen wanted to make a withdrawal from his own bank account, but couldn?, and found there to be an extra $14,000N.T. deposited, and the individual who? wired amount, because he? not received what he? ordered, had, notified the police. ?The officers suspected that Chen became a ?ummy??for the scam artists, that, was why they had his account frozen, and are getting the facts together, to clarify, if this was what had happened.

Chen took down recordings of his transaction with the man dressed in black as evidence, he? asked the man, dressed in black, with a surgical mask on, ?an you call your friend to confirm it??? the man replied, ?e? busy at work, he was careless, for making the wrong amount in the transfers.???Chen then inquired, ?an you give me your phone number??? to which the man who came to pick up the item replied, ?? only the middleman, buying the phone for him, I don? feel comfortable, leaving my number to anyone,?? then he? diverted the attention to another topic of discussion.

And so, you? become, a DUMMY, thinking that you?, sold your thing for higher than its worth, and, it? still, due to this greed, this thinking, wow, I? getting such a great deal, that?, gotten this man to become preyed on.
