<p style="text-align:left;"><em>There’s a Flower on the Mouth of a River</em></p>
<p style="text-align:left;"><em>Following the Treks of the Drying Up of the River</em></p>
<p style="text-align:left;"><em>Growing Against the Tides, at the Bottom of the River Mother</em></p>
<p style="text-align:left;"><em>In Summer, as the Stench Flowed from the Opposite Side</em></p>
<p style="text-align:center;"><img class=" aligncenter" src="https://tse4.explicit.bing.net/th?id=OIP.CCgKoszodQmgj0PQbQIqpAHaE8&amp;pid=Api" alt="查看來源圖片" width="615" />and no, the brown wasn&#8217;t from the mud that got washed down after the rain&#8230;photo from online&#8230;</p>
<p style="text-align:center;"><em>The Clouds Dyed to Red, Underneath the Sunny Skies</em></p>
<p style="text-align:center;"><em>Opening Up the Smiles of Fairytale Princesses</em></p>
<p style="text-align:center;"><em>But, there was, the Magic of Witches, Hidden in</em></p>
<p style="text-align:center;"><em>In the Soundlessness, Suddenly</em></p>
<p style="text-align:center;"><em>Destroying the Villages</em></p>
<p style="text-align:center;"><em>The Farmers Headed Out</em></p>
<p style="text-align:center;"><em>with Heavy-Metal Coursing Through Their Veins</em></p>
<p style="text-align:center;"><em>Headed to the Mouth of the River, Waited for the Southern Winds</em></p>
<p style="text-align:center;"><em>Called Out in Desperation</em></p>
<p style="text-align:center;"><em>Suddenly, a Flower</em></p>
<p style="text-align:center;"><em>Became Thousands of Flower</em></p>
<p style="text-align:center;"><em>In the Magic of Montage</em></p>
<p style="text-align:center;"><em>Opened Up its Confused Eyes</em></p>
<p><img src="https://i0.wp.com/acidcow.com/pics/20100719/most_polluted_rivers_in_the_world_18.jpg" alt="查看來源圖片" width="615" />an easier &#8220;spill&#8221; to clean, compared to the chemical pollution kind!  Photo from online&#8230;</p>
<p style="text-align:right;"><em>Stared at the Loss of Soul</em></p>
<p style="text-align:right;"><em>But Equally Colorful Body of Hers</em></p>
<p style="text-align:right;"><em>And so, the Flower Finally Understood How Despair was this Place She Bloomed from</em></p>
<p style="text-align:right;"><em>Because, the Melon Patches were Already Withered Away</em></p>
<p style="text-align:right;"><em>And, the Farmers Got Stuck in the Fields of Sand Knee-Deep</em></p>
<p style="text-align:right;"><em>Once More, the Plants Flowered, but Bore No Fruits</em></p>
<p style="text-align:right;"><em>Once More, the Watermelons, Disappeared.</em></p>
<p style="text-align:right;"><em>I Know, that Once Light Breeze from the Oceans</em></p>
<p style="text-align:right;"><em>are Like the Bird Calls that Bring Good Tidings</em></p>
<p style="text-align:center;"><em>Like How the Flowers, the Expectations, and Uncle Wan-Shun</em></p>
<p style="text-align:center;"><em>All Gathered Together by the Seashore Underneath the Warmth of the Sun</em></p>
<p style="text-align:center;"><em>Rolling Over the Laughter that Grew by the Bundles like the Fruits</em></p>
<p style="text-align:center;"><em>And Yet, as the Southern Wind Blew by</em></p>
<p style="text-align:center;"><em>Everything that Once Was, Became, a Nightmare</em></p>
<p style="text-align:center;"><em>and You are, just a Flower, in Fully Bloom, at the Mouth of the River, Underneath This Polluted Sky</em></p>
<p style="text-align:center;">And so, there’s the before AND the after, of what this place looked like, and now, this world that this flower was “born” into, was nothing more than, polluted air, and unclean water…</p>
