Silencing these nights, wish I could, but, every time the night comes, the noises grew louder, louder, louder (isn’t there some sort of a volume control law here???)…It isn’t at all easy, silencing these nights for sure.

Silencing these nights, they tried their hardest, closed their eyes tight, hidden themselves under the covers, hoping, that the Boogeyman won’t grab them and take them away.

Silencing these nights, I finally had, I’d gone deaf in the nights, not hearing a single sound when I sleep now, and, it’d been, a long time comin’ too, if you know what I mean.

Silencing these nights, I will, because I don’t want to hear SQUAT, not from anything, or anyone, I need, COMPLETE silence, to sleep well, and if I don’t get a good night’s sleep, then, I’ll be like that terrible TWO throwing a HELL of a temper tantrum, and ain’t NOBODY wanna see that I’m sure of it!
