The woman, with a vision, to find that place to help the developmentally delayed children grow up properly, and her dream is, coming true, with the help from the outside world, as well as her own, dedication to this cause of hers, off of the Newspapers, translated…

The Taoyuan Precious Children Development Center’s manager, Chen, was originally, a preschool special eds instructor, sixteen years ago, with four instructors who shared the same beliefs, set up the not-for-profit special needs education organization, everybody put together two million dollars N.T., and rented the fourth floor Taoyuan Farmer’s Union, and set up thirty-six developmentally delayed children to school in the early intervention programs. Then, they wanted to find a permanent home for the center, Chen who had cancer then, still didn’t forget the purpose, and put her whole heart and soul, into, the early intervention of special needs children.

The Baby Potential Development Center was sent up for approval back in 2005, the then legislator, Huang helped the group, rented the fourth floor of Farmer’s Union of Taoyuan, a huge space, and, with the early intervention was approved and accepted by the community and parents, the space is no longer large enough, and the center decided to find a bigger space to help more people.

But, like a lot of the early intervention facilities, the equipment, the funding, had been the biggest challenges of the Baby Potential Development Center. And, Chen was diagnosed with breast cancer, it’d made her friends worried about her health too. “After I think the matter through completely and thoroughly, I won’t even do it anymore”, Chen smiled and told.

The Baby Potential Development Center found a permanent home in Bade District today, Chen was grateful for those who helped, other than her husband, her families, Huang’s eldest son, helped with the communications with the banks for the loans, selecting the high quality builders, and the new home for the foundation is set to be build completely by the first half of next year.

And so, this woman has a vision, of setting up an early intervention center for developmentally delayed children, and she’d, put her beliefs into actions, and, people, they see her ideals, and, found that this was a good cause, and all chipped into help make the building of this early intervention center possible.
