The event was certainly a success, set to the booming music and a relentless stream of passers-by packing the tunnel out. with thousands of people streaming by throughout the event, there was also a section of walls in the open end of the tunnel made available for kids workshops and painting, not to mention the forty or so artists working for the first prize. A great job and event put on by Chrome & Black.

Standout work by Dan Kitchener, laying out the highlight of the event for us, admittedly somewhat further removed from the graffiti focus of the event, but just outstanding, hitting up the largest piece of the event, with superb character work and the Japanese text reads ‘Battle of Watterloo’, a very nice touch and certainly the only artist to offer Japanese letters on the day.
