<![CDATA[New Jane Mutiny Street Art at ZSL London Zoo]]>Over the summer environmentally focused street artist Jane Mutiny painted the iconic and former Aquarium within ZSL London Zoo, which closed in 2019 after operating for 100 years. The zoo declared that the space was no longer suited to provide the desired quality of environment for their animals. However the space will be repurposed as a new exhibit in the future and for now it has been redecorated in style.

Painting entirely with brushes and acrylics, Jane Mutiny considers the impact of her actions and her art on the environment and for this reason doesn’t use spray paint. Through her art she paints animals and species that are endangered, making her a perfect artist to paint a cross-section of a fraction of the endangered species ZSL London Zoo homes. We have to say this is an absolutely epic makeover provided by Jane Mutiny and completely owns its place in somewhere with nothing but amazing things to see.

These paintings by Jane Mutiny join a series of six works painted by Louis Masai in 2018.
