<p style="text-align:left;">(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL) &#8211; The LRHS boys golf team has secured a spot in the state championship tournament…again.</p>
<p style="text-align:left;">The Mustangs are going to the Class 3A State Golf Championship after winning the region championship for the fourth straight time in Venice, improving their 2013 record to 137-5.</p>
<p style="text-align:left;">Senior Ramsey Touchberry won the title of Region 5 Champion for the second year in a row and also scored an 7-under-par 65 at Venetian Golf and River Club. Senior Danny Walker had a 71, junior Luke Miller a 73, and sophomores Kelly and Charlie Sun added a 75 and 76 to assist the Mustangs to the lowest ever region total of 284.</p>
<p style="text-align:left;">Head Coach Dave Frantz said,&#8221;The team will be going for a true high school athletic rarity: achieving 3 State Championships in a row.&#8221;</p>
<p style="text-align:left;">The championship tournament will be at the Mission Inn Resort in Mount Dora Nov. 4-6.</p>
