<p>(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL) &#8211; The Manatee County Sheriff&#8217;s office encourages LRHS mustangs to start driving on the right foot.</p>
<p>From 5:30 pm. -9:30 p.m.,Thursday, Dec 12 and from 8 a.m. &#8211; 5 p.m., Saturday, Dec 14 teen drivers are going to be put to the test.</p>
<p>Any student ages 15-18 who possesses a learners permit or drivers license can participate in the Teen Driver Challenge.</p>
<p>Instructor Sandy Hotwagner of the Manatee Sheriffs Office will assist student drivers in learning how to be smart, safe, and how to properly drive.</p>
<p>The program is free but participants must be Manatee County residents.</p>
<p>Once the class is completed, participants are eligible for a discount up to10% off their auto insurance.</p>
<p>Thursday classes will be held at 600 301 Blvd. W, Suite 202, Bradenton, FL 34205.</p>
<p>Saturday classes will be held at Manatee Technical Institute (West Campus) 30th St. West and 57th Ave. West.</p>
<p>Students must participate in the classes on both days in order to complete the course.</p>
