(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL) – LRHS Student Government Association (SGA) will have its annual Dodgeball Tournament 7 p.m., March 12 in the LRHS gym.

Any student can sign up to participate. Teams must have a minimum of six members and at least one member must be a girl. Signups are from Feb. 21 until March 7 at all lunches.

Admission is $5 and all proceeds will be donated in honor of Matt Baar, an LRHS student battling cancer.

“The dodgeball tournament is a great way to raise money for a good cause while having fun”, said junior Katie Wray.

SGA will also try to rally a teacher team to play in the tournament against students.
