(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL) – Mustang track has started this year, and Coach Mark Napier has high expectations for his track staff, as well as his track team.

Napier said “With the best track staff in America, we hope to train our teams to break plenty of field event records, although we have a young boys team.”

The boys team lost eight graduates last year. The team has 31 freshman guys joining this year out of a total of around 140. Sophomore Winton Liu said “It sucks that we lost a lot of talent, but we will gain it back quickly with our dedication.”

“Although young, they have potential, so we hope to train them to be the best they can be.” said Napier.
