<p>(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL) &#8211; The annual LRHS Philly football fundraiser is around the corner. The game is always popular as lady Mustangs take the field and show the guys what it&#8217;s like to play football.</p>
<p>Practices have been taking place for a month, and the game is schedule for 6 p.m. Dec. 16 at the football stadium.</p>
<p>Sophomore Katie Stincer is playing in her second Philly football game this year and said her favorite part about last years game was &#8220;I loved playing with my friends and having a good time doing it. Also when other players get mad for no reason.&#8221;</p>
<p>Sophomore Denali Schappacher is also a second-year vet to the Philly football game and said &#8220;It was really fun playing against other grades at a sport we weren&#8217;t very good at.&#8221;</p>
<p>LRHS head baseball coach Matt Kennedy sponsors the event. He said Philly football is a great chance for athletic girls to step outside their comfort zone.</p>
<p>&#8220;This is an opportunity for competitive girls to showcase their ability on the football field.&#8221;</p>
