(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL) The LRHS National Honor Society (NHS) is volunteering to donate their time after school until 4:30 P.M. for any teacher that needs assistance.

They will help with anything from doing odd tasks to filing papers.

The NHS is a prestigious invitation only society.

NHS adviser and LRHS physics teacher Hollis Morantes said, “National Honor Society gives back to the community and helps kids learn a sense of responsibility. It teaches leadership and helps kids keep their grades up in school.”

Any teacher interested in having a student assist can email Morantes. Specify in the email if you would like more than one student or a specific student.
