(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL) – School is back in session and the stress of exams has arrived, but that doesn’t mean students have stopped reflecting on, and talking about, a relaxing holiday.

In a day of age where technology is huge, many students stayed inside and watched Netflix.

“I watched the whole series of Friends,” said senior Heather Johnson.

Many vacationers, such as sophomore Creighton Kasten, travelled to other states.

“I went to Colorado this winter break and skied there,” she said. “It was really fun, and I hope to go back there very soon.”

Senior Connor Dorsey traveled up north to Virginia to spend time with his family and get away from Florida’s hot weather.

Sammy Hyatt, senior, went to the “Jingle Ball” concert at the Amalie Theater in Tampa.

“There were many artists such as Nick Jonas and Pharell Williams,” said Hyatt. “It was such a fun experience.”

Hopefully there we be as many good stories as this one when Spring Break ends. Spring break runs March 30-April 5.
