(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL) – The LRHS drama department is busy promoting their spring musical, “The Pajama Game.”

“The Pajama Game” follows workers at a pajama factory fighting to earn a raise of seven-and-a-half cents. Along the way the two characters on opposite sides of the fight begin to fall in love, adding additional storylines.

Senior Pascale Molina plays the romantic lead Babe, opposite Southeast senior Danny Shevlin who plays Sid Sorokin.

The show opens 7:30 p.m., Feb. 5 and runs Feb. 6-7 at the same time. The only matinee showing will be 2 p.m. on Feb. 8.

All tickets can be bought either at the door or prior to the show from cast members. Adult tickets are $10 and student tickets are $5.

Assisant Stage Manager junior Jessie Kroupa said the Mustangs have worked very hard to put this show together, rehearsing at least five times a week. says,

We’ve been working very hard on this production,” she said, “and we are very excited for everybody to come and see our performance.”
