(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL)- Lakewood Leaders are always looking for ways to help the community, and their next mission is the annual Relay for Life fundraiser. The event will be held from 1:30 – 10:00 p.m., Saturday, April 25 at the Premier Sports Campus in Lakewood Ranch.

Relay for Life is a themed fundraiser for the American Cancer Association. With “Rock Through the Ages” as this year’s theme, Lakewood Leaders have decided on the team theme of “Kiss Cancer Goodbye.”

Lakewood Leaders adviser Michelle Todoroff said, “Our goal is to raise funds while having fun.”

The club has already raised $2000 and plan on raising another $1500 by the end of the event.
