<p>(LAKEWOOD RANCH, FL) &#8211; The 2015-16 school year started Monday, and LRHS students and administration are looking forward to the school year.</p>
<p>According to LRHS Principal Craig Little, this year&#8217;s student body consists of approximately 2300 kids, 800 of which are freshman.</p>
<p>Senior Sage Wilkerson said, &#8220;I&#8217;m really excited to be a senior. My teachers all seem really cool and I love seeing all my friends.&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;High school seems alright, I&#8217;m really hyped up,&#8221; said freshman Kyrie Irving.</p>
<p>Returning Mustangs look forward to showcasing their school spirit. &#8220;I&#8217;m excited for is football Fridays,&#8221; stated sophomore Sierra Ellis.</p>
<p>Junior Kerestyn Kesgiropoulos said, &#8220;It’s been very nice to see all of my friends and it&#8217;s surreal to be back at school.&#8221;</p>
<p>Administrator Mike Staker said, &#8220;This first day is going excellent, there&#8217;s a lot less dress code issues this year.&#8221;`</p>
<p>LRHS administration remind all Mustangs to follow the dress code policy.</p>
