<p>Bethlehem/Gaza-PNN – Thirteen Palestinian civilians  were arrested during Israeli military invasions into West Bank  communities on Tuesday at dawn.</p>

<p>Palestinian  sources reported invasions and searches in village homes near the  southern West Bank city of Bethlehem, as well as the central West Bank  city of Ramallah and Qalqiliya in the North.</p>
<p>Among those arrested from the Bethlehem district were Ismail and Ibraheem Kawazbeh, both 18, and Ramzi Fanoon, 19.</p>
<p>In  Jerusalem, Muhammad Sufyan, age unknown, was arrested during a night  raid and taken in for interrogation at the Moskobiya police compound  near the Old City. His family said the raid was &#8220;savage&#8221; and that Sufyan  was not allowed to dress.</p>
<p>In related news, a member  of the Wadi Helwa Committee to Defend al-Bustan&#8211;the East Jerusalem  neighborhood threatened by demolition to make way for an Israeli tourist  complex&#8211;was forcibly exiled from al-Bustan. Musa Awda, age unknown,  was forced to pay a bail of NIS 3000 (about $850) to stay out of prison.</p>
<p>Israeli authorities have already denied access to Jerusalem to Fatah&#8217;s Secretary-General, Adnan Ghayth, for four months.</p>
<p>Earlier  on Monday night, Israeli sources announced that four homemade shells  fired from Gaza hit Negev communities. The shells damaged one car.  Israeli sources added that four Israelis were treated for shock.</p>
