We are starting our second month and we hope all of you had a great start with your classes. We’ve noticed some great art work on the walls of OLE so thank you for making the building so beautiful.

This month’s art concept is Shape. Students will be learning the difference between Geometric Shape and Organic/Natural Shape. Geometric Shapes are squares, triangles, rectangles; Organic/Natural Shapes are shapes found in nature like leaves, clouds, tree, etc. Check out our website to see the great shape projects that we will be creating this month.

First graders will be making their clay leaves this week. This project is always a favorite of students and parents alike.
