We offer expert, professional nutrition advice to people of all ages, with a focus on paediatrics and maternal health. In the adult world, we cover general nutrition and we have a special interests and skills in the nutritional management of adverse food reactions including food allergy and food intolerance, as well as gastrointestinal conditions including irritable bowel and inflammatory bowel conditions. We also provide nutrition assistance for renal and liver disease and can assist in conditions where extra help is needed to meet nutritional needs, such as oncology and degenerative diseases.
We are particularly passionate about making healthy nutrition easy, based on evidence not the latest nutrition trend or fad! Oh – and yes, we will refer you to someone else if we think they can help you more than we can!
