I&#8217;m not a doctor. I&#8217;m not an endocrinologist. I&#8217;d love to walk you through the importance of all the following hormones, but google and wikipedia will serve you much better than I ever could here re-writing entire volumes of endocrine literature.</p>
<p>The following list is what I&#8217;ve been told to get tested by leaders in the field who have looked at me for PSSD.</p>
<p>These are blood tests. In the United States I used a service called <a href="https://www.directlabs.com/">Direct Labs</a>. It doesn&#8217;t work in all states, but you order the tests you want, go to a clinic, get your blood drawn, and then get your results in under a week. The list I&#8217;m giving you will cost around $900 and it takes a lot of blood. Stay hydrated and relaxed before your visit with mediation or deep breathing.</p>
<p>(I&#8217;m using the names from direct labs, but they may be slightly different for other testing services &#8211; especially in other countries/languages.</p>
