We offer pro bono migration assistance to asylum seekers, in South Australia, who are eligible to apply for a Temporary Protection Visa (TPV) or a Safe Haven Enterprise Visa (SHEV) under the Federal Government’s “fast track” process. These applicants are often referred to as the “legacy caseload”. They arrived in Australia by boat between 13 January 2012 and 31 December 2013.

We are the only Community Legal Centre in South Australia providing this type of assistance.
