I’m giving a talk tomorrow about corporate blogging. Thomas Hawk’s post caught my eye today where he praised the Media Center team for interacting with their customers and having conversations. That’s it. We’ve punched holes through all the intermediaries and now anyone can talk with the Media Center team about what they are doing. Think they suck? Now you have a place to say so.
