<p>&#8211; 90 percent of respondents believe the U.S. will not maintain its leadership position in technical innovation.<br />&#8211; 64 percent worry about the future of the engineering profession in the U.S. because of the impact of outsourcing.<br />&#8211; 84 percent of engineers believe their jobs are at risk. </p>
