<p>This is due to a combination of two things:</p>
<p>1) The developers think their audience are idiots.</p>
<p>2) The developers think they are creative angels by doing this.</p>
<p>Why not include an option to turn Navi off completely? Any other serious game company would have done this. But the lack of such a common sense option is why I no longer buy Nintendo.</p>
