Maybe they’ll remove the 3D?  They’d be able to kick down the price, too. 

Those are very telling signs especially the drop in price on the DSi and DS LL.

Nintendo would release a new model either after Christmas (like the DS Lite) or some time before the Christmas season.

3DS badly needs a new model as well. Did you know Miyamoto designed the hardware? First time ever for a Nintendo console. No wonder the 3DS hardware is so awful.
