<div><em>Add in a multitouch screen to make the interface for games and anything in the OS (should default to simply booting to last ran game, and OS should be basically a list of games you can get to through the games&#8217; pause menu) not suck to interact with, and an HDMI out so it can be a home console. That&#8217;s all it would need. </em></div>
<p><em>It would be EASY to make a $60-$90 device to do this.</em></p>
<p>I would be very excited for a very cheap gaming handheld with a solid screen and solid buttons. Too bad no one wants to make it for me.</p>
<p>Sony and Nintendo need to give up doing the &#8216;non-game&#8217; functions like &#8216;Internet Browsing&#8217; or &#8216;Netflix&#8217; on their gaming handhelds. Smartphones are handheld computers. A gaming handheld should not try to be a handheld PC. Just laser in on the games.</p>
