<p><em>Don&#8217;t know if you heard about this yet but Valve is getting sued in</em><br />
<em>Germany because they don&#8217;t allow gamers to resell their games.</em></p>
<p><em>Same thing was up in Sweden some time ago, but they never got sued here.</em></p>

<p>There is no such thing as Valve. It is only the Valve Corporation. This is why when you see the company mentioned in news outlets, it is written Valve Corp. I prefer to type it all out just to remind everyone that &#8220;Valve&#8221; is a corporation and does have a corporate structure.</p>
<p>Corporation is a legal entity, not a business model entity. Corporation does not mean &#8216;cubicles everywhere!&#8217;. You can incorporate your home business of building joysticks if you like.</p>
<p>It&#8217;ll be interesting to see how Valve Corporation responds to this. I think they will go the route of &#8220;Well, you can sell your account if you want.&#8221;</p>
