The aptly named “San Francisco in Jell-O” is pretty much that:

Liz takes this stuff seriously. Her intricately detailed landscapes are created first with scale models of buildings and landmarks which she turns into moulds. Then she fully realizes her vision with painted backdrops, added elements like trees and fog, and lights her gelatin cityscapes from underneath. For something as pliable and short-term as Jell-O, the amount of detail and effort that go into her projects are pretty impressive.

The only thing missing, really, are whipped cream clouds. Get on it Liz!
