<p>I started with a fresh octopus, and a large pot full of water. I brought the water to a boil, with special seasonings and let it cook for over an hour.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Afterwards, I prepared the octopus by filleting the parts and leaving the rest for a delicious sauce.&nbsp;</p>
<p>These parts can be eaten when cooked, with a tasty and natural Greek octopus dish or it can be prepared as a fried dish.&nbsp;</p>
