<p>They predicted that catastrophe wrong, but are still forecasting that we will all drown or fry from global warming. Have things changed that much? Not really. </p>

<p>Obama never had much support in 70% of the country. Presidential elections can be dominated by a few large cities. Congress doesn&#8217;t suffer that affliction.</p>
