<![CDATA[Censored At Huffington Post]]>I wrote a polite response to this idiotic article, pointing out that there are no large fires in Colorado, that we had record snowpack last winter (2011) , that the Colorado Springs Fire Chief  said Waldo Canyon was a disaster waiting to happen, as well as a few other problems with the author’s claims. It was censored about a minute later.

This summer 34,500 people were forced to evacuate their homes in my home state of Colorado. I watched as a dozen wildfires raged through the state with some contained in days or weeks, while others are still not extinguished.
