A good way to reduce government spending would be to disband Obama’s massive cabinet-level paramilitary, which now has 125,000 heavily armed mercenaries at his beck and call.

This is quite likely the most frightening thing any president has ever said. Note all of the zombies people clapping on cue in the background, and they don’t even know what he is saying. Goebbels would be proud of such a nice propaganda film.

The civilian national security force is the body of armed civilians which the founders of the country envisioned, and which Obama is trying to destroy. Not the unaccountable paramilitary which has been built up under Bush and Obama.

That a well regulated militia, composed of the body of the people, trained to arms, is the proper, natural, and safe defence of a free state; that standing armies, in time of peace, should be avoided, as dangerous to liberty; and that, in all cases, the military should be under strict subordination to, and governed by, the civil power.
