The National Weather Service in Denver has issued a Winter Storm Watch… which is in effect from late Friday night through
Saturday evening.

* Timing… snow will begin over the urban corridor plains by mid Friday evening… then over the rest of the plains around midnight. Moderate to heavy snow is possible from around 6 am MST Saturday morning into Saturday evening.

* Snow accumulations… will range from 7 to 12 inches possible. The most is expected over the Front Range urban corridor and Palmer Ridge… the least over the northeast corner and Lincoln County.
