<p>This is beyond absurd, because there was essentially no extreme weather that winter. I was living in Columbia, Maryland and did not have a car. I rode my bicycle every day. There were never any weather conditions which interfered with my cycling for more than an hour or two.</p>
<p>Below is the summary for the winter. Temperatures varied between 13F and 70F. There were no strong winds, or very heavy rain or snow events. The weather was almost picture perfect.</p>
