The rules for discussing sea ice are very dynamic

1. Ice extent is important in late summer, but not the rest of the year. And only in the Arctic.
2. Never discuss any actual data about Antarctic ice, just cry for the Penguins.
3. During the winter you must never discuss ice extent, only fake volume data from PIOMAS
4. Whether the ice is increasing or decreasing, it is all your fault.
