<p>OK, let&#8217;s give him the benefit of the doubt and accept that his bold-faced lie is true. It should be simple enough for the Commander in Chief of the world&#8217;s most powerful army to make the decision to reopen his house.</p>
<p>Perhaps his dog made the decision, and Obama is afraid to override him.</p>
