<p>NSIDC conveniently ignores pre-1979 satellite data, preferring to start their graphs right at the peak. This supports the impression that Arctic ice is declining due to evil humans.</p>
<p>Fortunately, the 1990 IPCC report captured the pre-1979 satellite data, revealing how NSIDC is cherry-picking their 1979 start date at a local maximum.</p>
