But while I was working out I saw a local TV forecast of 60F for the afternoon.</p>
<p>This created a dilemma for riding to work, balancing being underdressed in the morning vs.  overdressed in the afternoon. I guessed wrong &#8211; temperature at 1:40 pm is only 36F. The weather experts missed the forecast by more than twenty degrees.</p>
