<p>They used to cry <em>volume</em> when <em>extent</em> was high, and cry <em>extent</em> when <em>volume</em> was high.</p>
<p>Thus time they are lying about both extent and volume. Extent is higher than 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2011.</p>
