<![CDATA[Gun Free Maryland]]>Three times in the past year I have heard gunfire in my near vicinity in Columbia, MD. Including Friday night riding my bike to the gym. I heard six rounds go off no more than 100 yards away from me. A few weeks ago there was some sort of police action, with helicopters circling overhead as I walked my dogs across the street.
And speaking of dogs, people here are afraid of guns – so instead they get Pit Bulls which they can’t control and are a threat to everyone else around them. They apparently are afraid that a gun may get angry and go assault people.
