~ SO THE ENGLISH Parliament, sometime plaything of kings and nobles and Calvinist rebels, but still the Mother of Western Democracy, has now made law an impossible thing. Pseudogamous “marriage” for same-sex couples is law in the UK.
This is a crime against multiculturalism, of course, because Christians, Jews and Muslims officially oppose same-sexuality; and the line-up of sexual minorities behind the same-sex crowd– at least by the logic of rights uber alles— also deserve their slice of the legality/ benefits/ state-enforced & state-funded sex-pie, and are starting to ask for same.
This is yet another moment in the long war of our conformitarian Western elites against reality, and The Real– ultimately, against God– and against civilization, many of her people, and the actual best interests of children and future generations. That war started with the invention of the cradle-to-grave benefits state, with easier divorce, abortion & the Pill, the sexual revolution, widespread pornography, delayed and serial monogamous marriage, wherein the sexual habits of sex-crazed bunnies permeated the Middle class.
The rest of us have acted badly– how can we say “No?” to the same-sexers, polygamous, child-marryers, incesties, group marriagers, trangender who knows what.. It’s Not Fair. We have TV-shows to guide and soft-pedal the new moralities and societal narrative and acceptable thoughts.
So the United Kingdom– now not, in this and many other matters– has voted for unicorns, faeries, same-sex “marriage” and other fantastical things. No longer does a girl or boy have a natural and basic right to a biological mother and father– England hath declared it so. Like the horrible retroactive approval of all his enormities and adulteries called the Act of Supremacy, which Henry rammed though and then forced everyone to swear an oath or risk prison and/or confiscation of property and death– her is another monstrosity against liberty under law, against reality and God. Technically, since the Church of England is established by law and under the Queen, this is now the law for the Anglicans, too. How very Henry VIII.
This is no liberation, but a great festering wound on the dying body of Western Civilization. We cannot make things so by will, no matter how hard we try. We can only make words, allowing some evils, and forcing other people to pretend that it’s all the same as other real things. Though it doesn’t have the drama, in truth, this is as great a blow and disaster to Western freedom as the Defeat at Dunkirk.
We fought two hot wars, a colds war, and lots of little wars in the past century against people trying to force lies and unreality on the masses by political and legal means.
In any case, I hate it when– ahem– *certain people* steal into my mind, filch my poor tangled brainings, and then lay it all out clearly in their own words. Just HATE that. Such as the following on the matter at hand:

In one limited sense, I admire Obama– he and his cronies are pretty skilled and expert at doing bad things, illegal things, sleazy and schemy things, covering it all up, and fooling people. What a waste. Perhaps, without the heady fuel of radical politics such folks would not aspire or work so hard for supreme power and control, true enough– but even those of us who muddle along largely anonymously trying to do some good in the neighbourhood & community where we live use our gifts for ordinary goodness where we are.
Any spiritual person who opposes Obama and his throng of minions, funders, and enablers should be praying for them constantly. Great responsibilities and duties abused are great damnations underway– aside from the evils done on the ground, people hurt, abused, laws broken, terrible examples set, evil encouraged, all the rest.
The worst thing– as with Clinton’s debasing or Bush’s militarizing– is the example it sets, and the future it helps create. True leadership is to try to lead, to avoid the pitfalls and future stupids that are often entirely foreseeable consequences, and to push through sometimes against profit, popularity, or the rewards of high office.
God grant America a better ruling class– sooner, rather than later– for like the Roman Empire, as goes America, so goes the world, and the world needs help and spinal-stiffening and rebuking of the uppity dangerous folks ASAP. We are citizens of this worldly city, seeking a better; members of mankind, though named in tribes and lands; each man is our brother, though he may try and behead us. Our doom is approaching, if we continue to drift.

Well, you see, the friendly local county garbage sturmtruppen ask that you rinse your garbage. That’s right, we must needs to thoroughly wash, rinse, or dishwasher some of our plastic.. garbage. Fut The Wuck?
Since the hamster that is Teh Brain Of Binks keeps rushing about connecting things, I immediately go back to the NICU in the hospital which had– even as the wee Binklings were on life support– started allowing abortion in the paediatric/ maternity hospital. THAT 30-month old baby shall be dismembered alive inside his mother in THAT room over there; while $10 000 dollar a day NICU-care, some of the very cutting edge of medical skill, medication, and techniques, shall be used to bring THIS 29-week baby in THIS room here to full infant health.
We have no abortion law in Canada, thanks to a morally insane & irresponsible 1988 Supreme Court ruling and years of Trudeaupianism in our bedrooms and wombs and minds. No law. Kill it 5 minutes before birth, if you want. But remember to wash your garbage, or it’s the Garbageman giving you the eye as a surveillance agent for the state, the dreaded pink stickers, orange stickers, left behind garbage, or the stern letter. We’ve never gotten father than the stern letter– perhaps they start dumping other people’s garbage on yours, and refuse (see what I did there?) to take yours or theirs away. Yes, I’ve whinged about this before, but the strange ways of the Demented Dominion ever strike me afresh as I labour to comprehend the madness: garbage-spies.. washing rubbish.. nothing will surprise me. What kind of mad world is this we are creating for your children?
The evils of abortion are tolerated by so many for many reasons– but that it persists surely has something to do with the fact that it is hidden away. The 100 000 or so pre-born Canadian boys and girls who are slain by the state and at taxpayer’s expense each and every year perish invisibly to the public, so we can develop a kind of double-mindedness, always aware that we can use it if we need it, but half-despise it and forget about it when we don’t.
Rejoice in the modern state, which embraces evil, pays for it, and allows us all to be smeared with the blood thereof, because they pay for it via our taxes, in our tax-funded hospitals and other institutions, where every day other babies are struggling to be born, survive premature birth, or undergo medical care.

Thing is, even agnostics and atheists and radicals all still assume a Christian definition of religion: love your neighbour, do good, judge not, be nice, etc.– only, that’s not Islam, and never was. Of course there are nice people in Islam, and not every Muslim is dreaming of self-detonation. But if you got to the source, and remember that most of the “peaceful” Koranic verses have been “abrogated” (superseded by later aggressive/ violent verses, or apply only to Muslims and not infidels), you have a war-cult which seeks world domination by terror & the sword if necessary, but preferably by surrender (Islam= submission), and coughing up the slave tax.
Thus, well-meaning Westerners are puzzled, shocked, and twist themselves into knots of excuses for why one religion in particular seems kinda not like the others. Because Muhammed wasn’t Moses, Jesus, The Buddha, or anything like. And what he told others that “Allah” told him?.. why, it’s is the literal word of God, when in the original Arabic, for serious Muslims.
If Allah said (Koran 8:12) .. “I shall strike terror into the hearts of the disbelievers. Cut off their heads” and not “do unto others as you would have them do unto you”, or even the minimalist “Do no harm”, you see that someone trying to obey God The Allah Way has rather different things to be about, to ponder, and to promote. Original & authentic Islam is not Christianity– apply, lather, rinse, repeat.
That’s what the Muslim Brotherhood has been up to, ever since Hassan Al-Banna got mad about the secularist dissolution of the Caliphate by Turkish leaders in the 1920s. How dare anyone dissolve Allah’s kingdom on earth? Hence, the current “Muslim Brotherhood Spring” sucking under Libya, Egypt, threatening Saudi, currently winning in Syria, and rising in Turkey.
The horrible things in the news are supposedly God’s direct will. When some Muslim teenaged boy feels the spiritual awakening that is typical of many teens, and turns to his roots, he doesn’t find Kumbaya, or missionary work, or soup-kitchening, or Bible-reading and church Bible-studies. He finds Allah, beheading, the Koran, and the actual teaching of that religion according to Muslim consensus in the Middle East, Egyptian universities, and elsewhere. He finds pan-Islamism online, via YouTube, from many mosques & Imams and Muslim Youth groups, and conferences.. it’s a whole and embracing ideological identity and program.

It’s a horrible thing, but that’s reality.
