You see, the cry-bullies just haven’t been heard, and you’ve mean-spiritedly misunderstood them, and, like, also, and they have totally important stuff to say. Aside from slogans, face-paint, public disturbances, and a very watered down 175 year old Marxism and the 227+ year old Revolutionism.

The Promised SJW Utopia.. So Very Very Close!
There are not a few lost, sad, broken & odd people clustered under the SJW-pity party umbrella. I feel sad for them, for they have lost they know not what, in exchange for easy propaganda and screaming. Still, these are alleged adult alleged university kids.
That old academic idea that you study & ponder and listen first, second, and third, and only then (and very humbly) come up with some thoughts or words or ideas? Lost on them. Modern undiversity rewards insta-blab, BrainingLite, endless outrage and offendedness, and “Talk First (and loudly), Brain Later (if ever), cuz actual thought is a tool of the oppressors! This often devolves into #@%!$&*! and schoolyard-style name-calling, now with added threats and shoving, before you know it.
See, if I thought Milo was evil incarnate, I’d read up & learn up on his arguments and articles, write down some questions, criticism, and serious problems I saw, and go at it during the question & answer, on a blog, in e-mails, or in discussion. Not as fun, but much more effective, IF your goal is to actually learn, practice critical thinking, and (just imagine) actually convince Milo on a point or two to change his mind, or elaborate and correct his ideas.
A wise old prof of mine used to talk about his youthful university days, when he came to one of his profs, enthusiastically proclaiming that he had a new and exciting theory on the subject of the class. The professor thought a moment, then said (not cruelly) “..But why on earth would anybody be interested in that?”

That student later went on to be one of Canada’s wisest and mostly unsung Anglican professors and leading theologians, an adviser to bishops, archbishops, international scholars, and even a few popes. He was even described as “the conscience of the Canadian Church”. All because, first of all, he learned that true learning is mostly about listening first.
It’s worse, now– more and more surrender to the quick-setting brain cement of Social Justice Marxism, slogans, propaganda, hate-speech, sexism-racism-fascism, and dehumanizing people on the basis of appearance, sex, skin colour, and ideas. The students are revolting.
The prizes? Instant moral high-ground, instant conflict, instant significance! Regurgitating something you heard someone else said that someone else said somewhere is not learning; it’s not reasoning, intelligence or wisdom; it’s not even a second-hand education. It’s programming. Instant stupid.
Free advice is worth every penny, so here you go.
The only question, whether you’re considering Milo, or bell hooks, or your prof or textbook or favourite speaker is:
Is This True (or False)? (this takes reason, and patience)
Then, another big question: How Do I Know This Is True (or False)? (This takes research)
And if you’ve gotten that far, then:
What is Right And Wrong (Or Uncertain) About This idea/ argument/ position? (This takes the ability to objectively think outside a position– or on both sides– so you can coolly figure the good & bad of a particular argument, claim, or asserted truth).
The good news here?– if you can properly do this last step, you’re 5 times further ahead than someone who only understands (or misunderstand) one side of the argument.
It’s a sad mess: and Rutgers is only one of many such semi-insane schools throughout North America, which have forbidden the search for truth.
Truth does not depend on a majority or minority vote; it has no colour, race, political stance, or creed; it does not have a best-before-date; professors or teachers or writers may or may not be actually interested in it; radical mass movements tend to discourage thought, introspection, seeking truth, or being fair to the opposition.
A few warnings on truthing gooder:
I hope these collij kids– like the one in the vid above– one day wake up and realize who they are, what they’ve become, and how very very little they really know or understand. I hope.
