I never thought I would say this, but Dipnote Twitter was more efficient than this new, very conservative State Department Twitter. All of them could learn something about tweeting from WHAAsstSecty Arturo Valenzuela. Maybe he should give a little workshop to the staff that travels with the SOS about how to touch base without giving away state security secrets. He did a masterful job on the Latin American tour.</p>
