<![CDATA[Video: Independence Day Wishes From Secretary Clinton and President Obama]]>This video is addressed to those serving abroad.   In 2009, Secretary Clinton challenged all of us to become “citizen diplomats”  in her seminal video message on 21st Century Statecraft.

From what I have seen at the blogs, Facebook groups and on Twitter, we have accepted that challenge, so I believe this message is appropriately addressed to all who reach out daily, whether in official capacities or informally, whether by our physical presence or through our international cyber communities,  to all the world.
