Secretary Clinton is on foreign travel to Munich, Germany and Sofia, Bulgaria through February 5. In Munich, Secretary Clinton participates in the 48th Munich Security Conference and meets with her European and other counterparts. In Sofia, Secretary Clinton meets with senior Bulgarian officials.
