How we do things

We work with you to agree on a personalised Coaching Program.

Only when we are all comfortable that we can work together will we proceed to the next stage where you engage us as your personal coach.

We use a combination of online programs which are completed when and where it suits you, along with one-on-one sessions, either face to face or electronically via Skype etc.

How long will it take?

That depends on how fast you want to learn in order to take yourself to the next level. As a general rule we find that a six month plus program is required to maximise the learnings and change any self-limiting beliefs – there is no such thing as a quick fix.
