Speaking of mental health issues: overload, burnout, numbness, an inner voice beckoning, searching for the harmony….it isn’t found in the above (sorry to some for the exposure at all). The weather is moderating (knock on wood) and Springtime (even a false Spring) is right around the corner. Winter doldrums are quite burdensome right now for many.
