Transitory or not, beauty is recognized in the moment and savored. Everyone can define it for themselves, and know it when they see it, feel it, hear it. Thank goodness we don’t just settle, conform, acquiesce to the rubble, the greys, the bland. I was sitting staring at this beautiful bouquet yesterday. Cultivated to please. Transitory but enjoyed in the moment as a gesture of beauty.
